Cut-off time is the latest acceptable time a transaction can be received in each country to be processed according to the estimated arrival time. For example, for Bank Transfer (Normal Speed) to Malaysia, the cut-off time is 14:30 (GMT+7) for the money to arrive on the same banking day.
