What is cut-off time?

Cut-off time is the latest acceptable time a transaction can be received in each country to be processed according to the estimated arrival time.

For example, for Bank Transfer (Normal Speed) to Malaysia, the cut-off time is 14:30 (GMT+7) for the money to arrive on the same banking day.

If you make a transaction on a banking day and the transaction is verified at 14:45 (GMT+7), the money will arrive on the next banking day because it has passed the cut-off time.

To make sure your money arrives on time, make sure the transaction is verified before the cut-off time.
