If you want to send money to China using Bank Transfer for the “shipping fee” purpose, you need to upload the following supporting documents:
An invoice.
A contract.
A bill of lading or shipping proof.
A screenshot of the transaction order from the shipping platform.
An authorization letter (only required if the person making the transaction is different from the name stated on the invoice).
*Please note that the recipient bank may request additional documents depending on their review.
What details should be included in the invoice?
Sender name and beneficiary name.
The name on the invoice should match the name used in the transaction. If the name does not match, an authorization letter* is required.
Shipment origin and destination, or shipment route.
The shipment must be from/to China.
Order number.
Order date.
Amount.
Partial or down payments are allowed as long as the transfer amount is less than the amount stated on the invoice.
Alternatively, a proforma invoice is also acceptable. For handwritten invoices, the handwriting must be legible and the invoice should include an official stamp.
*Sender Authorization Letter is a formal letter from the sender to confirm that the sender is authorized to transact on behalf of another party.
*Receiver Authorization Letter is a formal letter from the recipient to confirm that the recipient is authorized to transact on behalf of another party.

Parties involved.
Contract value.
Scope of the agreement.
A signature or agreement page that includes the official stamp of each company.
What details should be included in the bill of lading or shipping proof?
Proof that the goods are shipped from/to China.
What details should be included in the screenshot of the transaction order?
Shipping company name.
Order number.
Order date.
Information that helps verify the other supporting documents.
