Things to note before sending money to WeChat Pay:
Fill in the recipient's phone number (Weixin ID) registered at WeChat Pay correctly.
Make sure the recipient's name matches the name in their WeChat Pay account.
Make sure that the relationship between the sender and the recipient is family (husband/wife, children, parent, sibling/brother/sister, relative, myself).
Make sure the recipient's WeChat Pay account is verified within 48 hours after the transaction is created.
Make sure the recipient’s WeChat Pay account is linked to their bank card within 24 hours after the account verification process or after the transaction is created.
In every WeChat Pay transaction, recipient must confirm the transaction within 48 hours after the transaction is created via their WeChat app.

Make sure the relationship that your recipient entered matches with the one you provided to Topremit.
In some cases, the recipient might be asked to upload supporting documents within 48 hours after it is requested, to be reviewed by the WeChat Pay team.
If the document is approved, the money will be sent to the recipient's bank account.
If the document is rejected, the transaction will fail and the money will be refunded to the sender.
The recipient may ignore and cancel the transaction. By doing this, the transaction will fail and the fee cannot be refunded.

Limit for sending money to WeChat Pay:
Max. transaction amount:
CNY 50.000/transaction, and
CNY 30.000/transaction if you are a Korean citizen.
Transactions to the same recipient are limited to max. CNY 500,000/year and max. 5 times/month.
This regulation is applied to all sending-money platforms—not limited to Topremit (according to Chinese government regulations).
