Here are the things that should note before money is being sent to Touch 'n Go:

  • Valid Account Number

Make sure that the recipient's Touch 'n Go account number is valid. The valid account number is 12 digits (example: 123456789012).


  • Recipient's limit

Make sure that the recipient's wallet account is enough to receive the money. If it has reached their limit, the money will be rejected.


Please take note that every Touch ‘n Go user has a different monthly transaction limit. You can see the details below:
