Can I send more than the stated amount in a day?
Yes, you can send more than the transaction limit stated above by providing relevant supporting documents and following the provided regulations:

Bank Transfer (Normal Speed)

Recipients can receive up to CNY 1,000,000/year.

Alipay

You can create a max. of 5 transactions/month and send CNY 500,000/year.

UnionPay

You can send up to CNY 300,000/year. If you want to send money to the same recipient, you can send up to 2 times/day.

WeChat Pay

If you want to send money to the same recipient, you can send up to 5 times/month. However, you can only send to 4 recipients/year with a total maximum of CNY 500,000.



Are there any requirements to send money to China?

- For CNY:

  • If you use Bank Transfer (Normal Speed), the recipient's full name registered in bank account must be in Chinese characters (example: 李小龙).
  • If you use Alipay/UnionPay/WeChat Pay, the recipient's full name registered in bank account must be in alphabet letters (example: Li Xiao Long).
  • We only support sending to personal account, not company account.
  • Money will be received without cents.

- For USD:

  • If you use Bank Transfer (Normal Speed), the recipient's full name registered in bank account must be in alphabet letters (example: Li Xiao Long).
  • If you use SWIFT, the recipient's full name registered in bank account must be in alphabet letters, including numbers if any (example: VentureTech 365 Ltd).
  • If you use SWIFT, some recipient banks might charge a fee which will deduct the amount received.
