- If you use Bank Transfer (Normal Speed), the recipient's full name registered in bank account must be in Chinese characters (example: 李小龙).
- If you use Alipay/WeChat Pay, the recipient's full name registered in bank account must be in alphabet letters (example: Li Xiao Long).
- We only support sending to C2C, C2B, B2B, B2C.
- Transactions to C2B, B2B, and B2C are only available for “Purchase goods” purpose, not for service purchase. However, transactions to B2C are also available for payroll payment. For further details, see here.
