If you want to send money to China using Bank Transfer for the “education/tuition fee” purpose, you need to upload the following supporting documents:

  1. A tuition fee invoice or billing statement.

  2. Proof of registration (such as a Letter of Acceptance, an admission letter, an enrollment letter, or an application form).

  3. The student’s passport.

  4. Proof of relationship (if the payment was not made by the student).

What details should be included in the invoice or billing statement?

  • The student’s full name.

  • The admission/enrollment date and/or the study period.

  • The amount to be paid.

  • The school’s or university’s bank account information.


What details should be included in proof of registration?

  • Student’s details.

The proof must include the student’s information that matches the information shown on the tuition fee invoice or billing statement.

  • Confirmation of student status.

The proof should be able to serve as official confirmation of the student’s enrollment or academic status.

  • Admission/enrollment date and/or the study period

The proof should include the admission/enrollment date and/or the study period at the university or school.

An official acceptance email or application form can also be used in place of a formal letter. However, these are highly subject to the recipient bank’s review and approval.


What details should be included in the student’s passport?

  • The student’s passport should include details that match the information in the other supporting documents. All details should also be clearly visible and legible.


What details should be included in proof of relationship?

  • If the payment is made by the student’s parent(s) or family member, we will request a family certificate.

  • If the payment is made by a consultant or an institution, we will request an authorization letter, complete with the consultant’s or institution’s official stamp.

You can follow any of these conditions based on your invoice.

  • Condition 1: Invoice or statement with complete details.

  • Condition 2: Invoice without admission/enrollment date and/or the study period.

We still accept invoices that do not include the admission/enrollment date and/or the study period. However, please ensure that your proof of registration includes this detail.

  • Condition 3: Email or online acceptance letter as the invoice.

We still accept a screenshot of the acceptance letter from an email or online portal/website as an invoice, as long as the application form is also provided as proof of registration.

  • Condition 4: No invoice, but the acceptance letter includes the required invoice details.

We still accept proof of registration (such as a Letter of Acceptance, an admission letter, or an enrollment letter) in place of an invoice, as long as it includes all the required invoice details.
