Update on the notification system is an attempt to improve Topremit quality so you can access all information related to transactions abroad only with one Topremit app.


You will only receive the following notifications through WhatsApp: 

  1. Reminder to complete your payment

  2. Notification to request a payment proof if your payment is not detected in our system

  3. Notification about changes in recipient's details if there's any error occurs.


Other notifications will be sent to your email. You can also check all the information directly through Topremit App. 


If you haven't used the app yet, you can try & download Topremit app directly from App Store/Play Store.


Here are the ways to check your notification:

  1. Open Topremit app, then login with your account

  2. Tap ‘Bell’ button at the right cornet

  3. You will see all notifications on your screen


If you want to check your transactions progress, you can follow these steps: 


Topremit App: 

  1. Open the app and login with your account

  2. Scroll down to activity section then choose transactions that you want to check

  3. Tap ‘Track Transaction’

  4. The progress of your transaction will be displayed completely


Topremit Website: 

  1. Open www.topremit.com and login with your account

  2. Click ‘Transaction’ section at the upper right

  3. Select your transaction 

  4. Click ‘Track Transaction’

  5. The progress of your transaction will be displayed completely
