If you want to cancel a transaction before you make a payment you can select ‘Cancel’. And if you have made payment you can directly contact our Customer Support to request for cancellation. A request can be done, but we do not guarantee the success of the cancellation process especially if your money has arrived to the recipient’s bank account.
