Can I send more than the transaction limit in a day?
Yes, you can. If you send more than the limit, we will require some supporting documents from you to verify the purpose of your transaction.

- For Bank Transfer (NPR):

  • The destination amount must not be in cents.


- For Cash Pickup (NPR):

  • The recipient may pick up the money at the pickup location you’ve selected. Here are our available pickup locations:

    • City Express

    • Esewa Money Transfer

    • Everest Bank

    • Himalayan Bank/Himal Remit (for Nepal citizen only)

    • iPay Remit (for Nepal citizen only)

  • Non-Nepal citizen recipients can only pickup a maximum of NPR 100,000 per day at several pickup locations, such as: City Express, Esewa Money Transfer, and Everest Bank.

  • Provide the recipient’s correct phone number and email in order to receive the PIN for cash pickup.


- For SWIFT (USD):

  • Make sure that your recipient’s bank account currency is in USD.

  • Make sure that you already have your recipient’s IBAN (if any) and SWIFT Code, as they are required for transactions via SWIFT.

  • The recipient's full name registered in the bank account must be in alphabet letters, including numbers if any (example: VentureTech 365 Ltd).

  • Some recipient banks might charge a fee which will deduct the amount received.
