- Log in to your account via the Topremit app or website.
- Go to Profile → Personal details.
- Tap Edit personal details.
- Select your ID type.
Note: e-KTP users cannot change their ID type, while Passport users can re-select. - Tap Continue with this photo if your ID details are still valid, or tap Retake photo.
- Enter the details you want to change.
- Tap Submit and enter your PIN.
- Wait for the verification process. Your details will be updated once approved.
