Here are the things you should note before sending money to Touch 'n Go:
Valid e-Wallet Number
Make sure that the recipient's Touch 'n Go number is valid. The valid number consists of 12 digits (example: 123456789012) and is linked to the recipient's DuitNow.
Recipient's limit
Make sure that the recipient's wallet account can receive the money. If it has reached its limit, the money will be rejected.
Please take note that every Touch ‘n Go user has a different monthly transaction limit. You can see the details below:
- Lite Account : MYR 2,000
- Pro Account : MYR 5,000
- Premium Account : MYR 20,000
