Why is my International Transfer transaction delayed?
There are some reasons why your transaction is delayed based on your service:
- If you are using Bank Transfer, Cash Pickup, or Home Delivery, your transaction might be delayed because:
- The recipient’s bank is still processing the money.
- The transaction was made outside banking hours in Indonesia or on a public holiday in the destination country (excluding Bank Transfer - Instant Speed).
- The recipient’s bank account is invalid.
- The transaction may need verification or compliance checks due to destination country regulations.
- The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
- If you are using SWIFT, your transaction might be delayed because:
- The recipient’s bank is still processing the money.
- The transaction was made outside banking hours in Indonesia or on a public holiday in Indonesia, the US, or the destination country.
- The recipient’s bank account is invalid.
- The transaction may need verification or compliance checks due to destination country regulations.
- The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
- If you are using e-Wallet, your transaction might be delayed because:
- The recipient account may require additional steps to complete the transaction.
- The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
- If you are using Alipay, your transaction might be delayed because:

- The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
- If you are using WeChat Pay, your transaction might be delayed because:

- The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
- If you are using UnionPay, your transaction might be delayed because:

- The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
- If you are using Bank Transfer to Korea, your transaction might be delayed because:

- The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
What can I do?
- Make sure the recipient details are correct.
- For transfer using e-Wallet, make sure your recipient’s e-Wallet account is verified and can receive money.
