How to change my personal details?

  1. Log in to your account via the Topremit app or website.
  2. Go to Profile → Personal details.
  3. Tap Edit personal details.
  4. Select your ID type.

Note: e-KTP users cannot change their ID type, while Passport users can re-select.

  1. Tap Continue with this photo if your ID details are still valid, or tap Retake photo.
  2. Enter the details you want to change.
  3. Tap Submit and enter your PIN.
  4. Wait for the verification process. Your details will be updated once approved.
