I forgot my password. What should I do?

  1. Open the Topremit app or website.
  2. Tap Forgot Password? on the Log in page.
  3. Enter your registered Email* to receive the OTP code.
  4. Check your email and enter the OTP code you receive.
  5. Create a new password, then tap Create Password.
  6. Your password is updated, and you can log in with your new password.


*Note:
If you prefer using your phone number, select Reset with phone number and follow the verification steps via SMS/WhatsApp/Missed call.
