How do I change my personal details?

You can change your personal details through the Topremit app or website.

1. Go to Profile → Personal details.
2. Tap Edit personal details.
3. Select your ID type.
4. Tap Continue with this photo if your ID details are still valid, or tap Retake photo.
5. Enter the details you want to change.
6. Tap Submit, then enter your PIN.
7. Wait for the verification process. Your personal details will be updated once approved.

Note:

• You can change your personal details once every 3 months.
• If you use an e-KTP, you cannot change your ID type. If you use a Passport, you can select a different ID type.
