# How do I change my personal details?

You can change your personal details through the Topremit app or website.
1. Go to **Profile → Personal details**.
2. Tap **Edit personal details**.
3. Select your ID type.
4. Tap **Continue with this photo** if your ID details are still valid, or tap **Retake photo**.
5. Enter the details you want to change.
6. Tap **Submit**, then enter your **PIN**.
7. Wait for the verification process. Your personal details will be updated once approved.

**Note:**
* You can change your personal details **once every 3 months**.
* If you use an **e-KTP**, you cannot change your ID type. If you use a **Passport**, you can select a different ID type.
