# Documents to be prepared before sending money to China using Bank Transfer for the purpose of management consulting services

If you want to send money to China using Bank Transfer for the **management consulting services** purpose, you need to upload the following **supporting documents**:
1. Invoice
2. Contract
3. Consulting certification/business license

# Invoice
### What details should be included in the invoice?
1. **Invoice details**: invoice number and issue date
2. **Customer name**: the buyer receiving the invoice
3. **Seller name**: the seller or service provider issuing the invoice
4. **Service and payment details**: service type, quantity, price, and the amount to be paid
5. **Banking details**: bank name, account name, account number, SWIFT code, etc.

# Contract
### What details should be included in the contract?
1. Parties involved
2. Contract value
3. Scope of the agreement
4. A signature or agreement page that includes the official stamp of each company

# Consulting certification/business license
### What details should be included in the consulting certification/business license?
1. **Company name**: must match the name on the invoice and contract
2. **Unified Social Credit Code**: the company’s official registration or tax ID number, which must also match the invoice and contract (if shown)
3. **Document or certificate number**: the serial number of the certificate or license
4. **Legal representative**: the name of the company’s legal representative
5. **Address**: the registered business address
6. **Issue date and validity period:** the document must still be valid
7. **Issuing authority and official stamp**: the authority that issued the document along with its official stamp
