Before sending money to a ShopeePay Malaysia, please make sure that:

• The recipient has linked their ShopeePay to DuitNow ID using the same phone number registered with ShopeePay. See how can the recipient link their ShopeePay number to DuitNow
• The DuitNow account number is valid, which usually consists of 14 digits but may vary (example: 12345678901234). See how can the recipient find their DuitNow account number
• The recipient has enough available limits to receive the transaction.

Each ShopeePay account has different transaction and wallet limits based on the account tiers. Refer to the tables below for the applicable limits.

If the recipient has reached their transaction or wallet limit, the transfer may be delayed or rejected. You may send the money again after the recipient's limit resets. Learn more about ShopeePay wallet tiers and limits here.

How can the recipient link their ShopeePay number to DuitNow?

The recipient needs to link their ShopeePay number to DuitNow via ShopeePay app. See how to link it below.

1. Go to ShopeePay "Settings"

2. Select "DuitNow"

3. Tick the Terms and Conditions & select "Link DuitNow to ShopeePay"

4. Enter the verification code that was sent to the registered phone number

5. DuitNow successfully linked

How can the recipient find their DuitNow account number?

Once the recipient's ShopeePay is linked to DuitNow, they can find their DuitNow account number below.

1. Open the ShopeePay app, go to the Top Up page and select "Top Up Via DuitNow Transfer", or select "Request" on the ShopeePay homepage.

2. The DuitNow account number will be shown on the screen next to "Account No". Select "Copy".

3. The recipient can share this DuitNow account number with the sender, so the money can be sent to that account.
